About Me

Eric Wingo is an author and filmmaker from Southfield, Michigan. He created enwellpen.com as a literary and cinematic portfolio of fictional stories focused on how people’s thoughts alter the course of their lives.
His first novel, Kings of the Crown, takes a hard look at how adolescent friendships impact self-esteem, puberty, and relationships. And his web series Race Relations: Color Struck comedically explores how racism, in all its absurdity, lives in the fabric of American society.
His latest short film, Love vs. Family, begs the question: can your relationship work if your family doesn’t like your significant other? The short film is a teaser for a much larger story that considers how your family’s opinions can impact your feelings toward your partner, for better or worse.
His primary goal is to be a lifelong producer, developing his projects while helping other creatives bring their stories to life.
